Our Plotter broke down and the BeechTek tec informed us the HP had the needed parts on backorder and the tentative shipping date was 2 months away. Our business unit could not afford to be without a plotter for that time so we started looking for an alternative. The tech told us not to panic just yet he would do some checking on the internet for the part we needed. Within a day we had the new part and the plotter was again in service. Thanks BeechTek.
